Day 01: Kovalam

at the Trivandrum airport to escort you to the
Ayurveda resort that you would have chosen
beforehand in Kovalam for the Kerala Ayurveda Tour.
Kovalam has an exotic world famous beach where you
can laze around and soak in the natural beauty of
the place.
Day 02: Kovalam
Treat your weary bones to some of the excellent massage
therapies available at the resort itself as a part
of the Kerala Ayurveda Tour. After
a rejuvenating ayurvedic therapy, you will feel more
than energetic as dive headlong in the beach and splash
about in the warm water of the Arabian Sea. Spend
the rest of the day shopping, sightseeing and swimming.
Day 03: Mararikulam
Ring in the third day of your trip in the quaint little
fishing village of Mararikulam that is a fine place
to spend some leisurely time with your family. Return
to the resort for the overnight stay.
Day 04: Mararikulam
Surrender yourself to the exotic ayurvedic treatments
available at the resort, do some yoga for a very relaxing
time. Laze around on the beach or go shopping for
local handicrafts and spices. Return to the resort
for the overnight stay.
Day 05: Periyar
Periyar welcomes you with to its renowned wildlife
sanctuary where you can go for the jeep tours or boat
rides. Embark on jungle treks within the sanctuary
or walk through the tea and spice plantations. Return
to pre-decided resort at Periyar for overnight stay.
Day 06: Periyar
After an adventurous first day at Periyar, bring back
the life in your body with the special Ayurveda treatments
available at the resort. Rest of the day is free at
leisure for your own activities. Return to the resort
at Periyar for overnight stay.
Day 07: Kochi
Reach Kochi and after freshening up a bit in the hotel
room, embark on a sightseeing trip sround Kochi that
will include the prime tourist attractions of the
city such as Fort Cochin, Mattancherry and a trip
to the Wilingdon and Vypeen Islands off the coast
of Ernakkulam mainland. Return to the resort for the
overnight stay.
Day 08: Kochi
Utilize the last day of your Kerala Ayurveda
Tour to recuperate from ailments and rejuvenate
yourself holistically by undergoing the natural ayurvedic
treatments available at the resorts. There will be
an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 09: Departure
The end of the Kerala Ayurveda Tour
will be marked by your departure from the Kochi airport
either towards home or the next destination point
in India.
