 Day
01: Delhi
As you arrive in the heart of India- the capital city of Delhi for the
start of Ranthambore Wildlife Safari, an India Tour
Guides representative will be there to greet you and your family at
the airport / railway station from where you will be escorted to the
hotel in Delhi. In the evening, visit the famous landmarks of Delhi
such as Qutub Minar, Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Raj Ghat, India Gate, Rashtrapati
Bhawan, Humayun Tomb, Purana Quila. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi - Sawai Madhopur
- Ranthambore Tiger Reserve
After breakfast, undertake a train journey to Sawai Madhopur that will
last for 6 hours. Arrival and transfer to the resort. Evening free at
the resort. Relax at the resort or watch some interesting slides on
the tiger. Overnight stay will be at the resort.
Day 03: Ranthambore Tiger Reserve
The itinerary for the third day of the Ranthambore Wildlife
Safari allows you to spend the entire day within the Ranthambore
Tiger Reserve. Go for game viewing and have fun spotting the tigers
in their natural habitat. Visit the famous Ranthambore Fort and the
temple on top of the fort. Stay overnight at the resort.
Day 04: Ranthambore - Jaipur
Enjoy another morning wildlife safari and see the amazing animals of
Ranthambore. Post lunch, leave for Jaipur. Arrive at your hotel. Check
in and relax. In the evening, visit the famous shopping markets of Jaipur
such as Johri & Bapu Bazaar.
Day 05: Jaipur
After breakfast, enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Visit
the prime attractions of Jaipur such as the City Palace Museum, Hawa
Mahal, Jantar Mantar and the modern Birla Planetarium. Enjoy an elephant
ride up to the famous17th century Amer Fort. Also visit the majestic
Jaigarh Fort and Nahargarh Fort. Overnight stay will be at the hotel
in Jaipur
Day 06: Jaipur - Bharatpur
Day Six of the Ranthambore Wildlife Safari will bring
you to the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary after a six hour drive. Post check
in and lunch, enjoy a short walk to the Jungle to observe the roosting
of large bird swarms and explore the rich avifauna and bird species
such as Pelicans, Geese, Ducks, Eagles, Hawks, Shanks, Stints, Wagtails,
Warblers, White Ears, Flycatchers, Buntings, Larks and Pipits. Overnight
stay at hotel in Bharatpur.
Day 07: Bharatpur - Fatehpur Sikri
- Agra
After breakfast, enjoy a morning boat ride and have a better look at
the colonies of birds, which reside in the interiors of the park. The
sanctuary is home to over 400 varieties of birds including the world-renowned
migratory Siberian Cranes. In the evening, drive towards Agra. Enroute,
stopover at Fatehpur Sikri and visit the tomb of the Sufi Saint Muin-ud-din-Chisti.
After arrival at hotel in Agra, check in and relax a while. Go on sightseeing
tour of Agra in the evening whereby you will get to see the best of
Mughal architecture such as the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Itmad-Ud-Daulah's
Tomb. Stay overnight at the hotel
Day 08: Delhi
After breakfast and check out from the hotel, drive back to Delhi. Enroute
visit the Akbar's Tomb at Sikandra. Arrival at hotel and lunch. In the
evening, you will be transferred to the airport to board a flight for
your onward destination or way back home
