Day 01: Delhi
As you arrive in the heart of India- the
capital city of Delhi for the Travel
to North India Tour, an India Tour
Guides representative will be there to greet
you and your family at the airport / railway
station from where you will be escorted
to the hotel in Delhi.
Spend the rest of
the day at leisure. In the evening, visit
the famous landmarks of Delhi such as Red
Fort, Jama Masjid, Qutab Minar, Humayun's
Tomb and India Gate.
Return to your hotel
to stay overnight.
Day 02: Delhi - Mandawa
In the morning, drive to Mandawa. Upon arrival
in Mandawa, check-in at the Mandawa Haveli,
that is now a heritage hotel. Afternoon,
visit the town, a painted arched gateway
adorned with Lord Krishna and his cows that
leads to the bazaar.
You can wander through
the streets where mansions of rich merchants
are adorned with elaborate and lively frescoes,
cataloging the life, habits and rituals
of the Marwari community. Stay overnight
at the heritage hotel.
Day 03: Mandawa - Bikaner Tour of North India
Drive to Bikaner on the third day of the
Travel to North India Tour,
early in the morning. Check in at a hotel.
Post lunch, set out to visit the Junagarh
Fort, Lal Garh Palace, Ganga Singh Museum
Karni Mata Temple and magnificent Havelis
of Bikaner. Also visit the camel breeding
farm of Bikaner, the largest one in all
Asia. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 04: Bikaner - Khimsar
The itinerary for the fourth day of Travel
to North India Tour brings you
to Khimsar. Upon arrival, check in at a
hotel and relax a while. Afterwards, set
out to visit the grand Khimsar Fort, built
in the 16th century. The fort has beautiful
carved windows in stone. Explore the hotel

Day 05: Khimsar - Kheechan - Jaisalmer
After breakfast, check out from the hotel
and leave for Jaisalmer. Enroute, stop at
Kheechan, a village famous for the winter

other migratory birds. On arrival at Jaisalmer,
check into your hotel and refresh yourself.
Then go for a drive to see the sunset over
the sand dunes near Jaisalmer. Return to

Day 06: Jaisalmer
Jaisalmer is delightful place to explore.
After breakfast enjoy a daylong sightseeing
tour of Jaisalmer that will include visits
to the 12th century magnificent fort of
Jaisalmer, the amazingly carved mansions
such as the Salim Singh ki Haveli and Patwon
ki Haveli, Gandhi Sagar Tank and the Barabagh
Hill. After lunch, visit the famous Sam
sand dunes situated at the edge of Thar
Desert through a camel safari trip. The
evening will be reserved for a cultural
performance at a nearby village. Stay overnight
at the hotel.
Day 07: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur Tour of North India
On the seventh day of Travel to
North India Tour, reach Jodhpur
and explore the city at leisure. Visit the
Umaid Singh Bhawan Palace. Enjoy a cruise
in Kaliana Lake. Also, go on an excursion
to the Osiyan, an oasis in the desert, with
many beautiful Hindu and Jain temples. In
the evening, head for a Bishnoi Village
by jeep, where you will be served a traditional

Day 08: Jodhpur - Udaipur
Day Eight of the Travel to North India Tour

the 'City of Lakes' Udaipur is famous for

and gardens. After Check-in to a hotel,
relax for a while and get refreshed. In
the evening, go for a boat ride in Lake

Day 09: Udaipur
Embark on a full-blown tour of Udaipur with
visits to Lake Palace, City Palace and Jag
Niwas Island. After lunch, enjoy a motor
launch cruise on the placid waters of Lake
Pichola. Later, head out for the Jag Mandir
Palace that is an island palace situated

Day 10: Udaipur - Pushkar

for a drive towards for Pushkar. One of
the most holiest cities of India, it is

hotel room. Late afternoon, visit the famous
Brahma temple situated on the bank of sacred
Pushkar Lake that is only one of its kinds

the temple, head out to the Nag Pahar, also

Day 11: Pushkar - Ranthambore Tiger
Reserve
After breakfast, drive towards the Ranthambore
Tiger Reserve. Arrival and transfer
to the resort. Relax at the resort or watch
some interesting slides on the tiger. In
the evening, enjoy an evening safari inside
the national park. Overnight stay will be
at the resort.
Day 12: Ranthambore Tiger Reserve
The itinerary for the twelfth day of the

the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. Go for game
viewing and have fun spotting the tigers
in their natural habitat. Visit the famous
Ranthambore Fort and the temple on top of

Day 13: Ranthambore National Park
Enjoy an early morning jeep safari to explore
the rich flora and fauna of the Ranthambore
National Park and also indulge in bird watching.

Mugger Crocodiles. In the evening, go for

Day 14: Ranthambore National Park -
Jaipur
Day Fourteen will see you driving full speed
towards Jaipur. After arrival, check in
at the hotel in Jaipur and spend some time
at leisure. In the evening, visit the City
Palace, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar and the
modern Birla Planetarium. Stay overnight
at the hotel.
Day 15: Jaipur
On the morning of the fifteenth day of the

Amer Fort, the greatest attraction at Jaipur.
The famous fort is situated 7 miles up on
a hilltop. The most convenient way to reach
the fort is by riding an elephant. A ride
to the fort on the back of an elaborately

for you. Move on to visit the other forts
in Jaipur such as the Jaigarh Fort and Nahargarh
Fort. Spend the evening shopping at leisure
at the famous Bapu Bazzar where you can

Day 16: Jaipur - Bharatpur - Fatehpur
Sikri - Agra
On Day Sixteen of the Travel to North India
Tour, set out for Agra. Visit the Bharatpur
Bird Sanctuary that will fall on the way.
Enjoy a richkshaw ride inside the park and
enjoy the rich abundance of exotic birds
that you will be easily able to spot. Enroute,
there will be another stopover at Fatehpur
Sikri, the historical town built by Akbar
where you can see the Bulund Darwaza, the
largest gateway in the world; Jama Masjid
and the tomb of famous Sufi saint Shaikh
Salim Chisti. After arrival, check in at

Day 17: Agra - Orchha
In the morning, embark on a sightseeing
tour of Agra whereby you will get to see
the best of Mughal architecture such as
the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Itmad-Ud-Daulah's
Tomb. Afterwards, board a train for Orchha.
Upon arrival, check into a hotel and relax
a while. In the evening, see the palaces
of Jehangir Mahal, Raj Mahal, Rai Parveen

Return to your hotel to stay overnight.
Day 18: Orchha - Khajuraho
The eighteenth day of the Travel to North
India Tour brings you to Khajuraho. Upon
arrival, check in at a hotel and relax a
while. In the evening, explore the world-famous
temples of Khajuraho, built by the Chandela
rulers that are renowned all over for their
architectural uniqueness and amazing erotic

Day 19: Khajuraho -- Varanasi
Check out from the hotel after breakfast
from where you are transferred to airport
for your onward flight to the holy city
of Varanasi. After arrival and check in
at the hotel in Varanasi, spend the rest
of the day at leisure. Late afternoon, visit
the famous temples of Varanasi such as Vishwanath
temple, Annapurna temple, Bharat Mata temple,
Durga temple and the Tulsi Manas temple.

Day 20: Varanasi
Wake up early to the chanting of sacred
mantras and visit the numerous sacred ghats
of Varanasi such as the Asi, Dashashwamedha,
Adi Keshava, Panchganga and Manikarnika
Ghats. Later, enjoy a boat-ride on the pristine
clear waters of Ganges. After lunch, there

Buddha preached his first sermon in 590
BC. Explore the quiet little city at leisure
and head back to the hotel for overnight

Day 21: Varanasi - Delhi
After an early breakfast, drive back to
Delhi. Check in a hotel and spend the rest
of the time at leisure. You can also go
for shopping at famous shopping zones of
Delhi such as the Connaught Place, South
Ex and Lajpat Nagar. Late evening, leave
for the airport to board your flight to
your onward destination or back home at
