Day 01: Delhi
As you arrive in the heart of India- the capital city of Delhi,
for the Romantic Rajasthan Tour, an India
Tour Guides representative will be there to greet you and
your family at the airport / railway station from where you
will be escorted to the hotel in Delhi.
Spend the rest of
the day at leisure. In the evening, go for shopping at the
famous Connaught Place. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi
After breakfast, commence on daylong sightseeing city tour
of Delhi. Witness Delhi's rich architectural heritage in the
forms of Qutub Minar, Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Raj Ghat, India
Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Humayun Tomb, Purana Quila among
others.
The evening will be free for shopping at the famous
markets of Delhi such as the South Extension and Hauz Khas
Market. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 03: Delhi - Agra
After breakfast and check out from the hotel, set out for
a exciting road trip to Agra. Enroute visit the Akbar's Tomb
at Sikandra. After arrival at the hotel in Agra, check in
and have a sumptuous lunch.
In the afternoon, embark on a
sightseeing tour of Agra whereby you will get to see the best
of Mughal architecture such as the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and
Itmad-Ud-Daulah's Tomb. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 04: Agra - Jaipur
Day Four will see you driving full speed towards Jaipur. Enroute,
there will be a stopover at Fatehpur Sikri, a the historical
town built by Akbar where you can see the Bulund Darwaza,
the largest gateway in the world;
Jama Masjid and the tomb
of famous Sufi saint Shaikh Salim Chisti. After arrival, check
in at the hotel in Jaipur and spend some time at leisure.
In the evening, visit the City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Jantar
Mantar and the modern Birla Planetarium. Stay overnight at
the hotel.
Day 05: Jaipur
On the fifth morning of the Guide to Heritage tour Rajasthan,
visit the magnificent Amer Fort, the greatest attraction at
Jaipur.
The famous fort is situated 7 miles up on a hilltop.
The most convenient way to reach the fort is by riding an
elephant.
A ride to the fort on the back of an elaborately
painted elephant is a special tourist attraction, which would
surely be a unique experience for you. Move on to visit the
other forts in Jaipur such as the Jaigarh Fort and Nahargarh
Fort.
Spend the evening shopping at leisure at the famous
Bapu Bazzar where you can buy exquisite handicrafts items,
jewelry, clothes and other attractive items. Stay overnight
at the hotel.
Day 06: Jaipur - Jodhpur
On the sixth day of the Rajasthan Heritage Tour,
check out from the hotel and drive towards Jodhpur. On your
arrival in Jodhpur, check in to a hotel and spend the rest
of the day at leisure. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 07: Jodhpur
Day Seven marks your sightseeing tour of Jodhpur. For a first
hand cultural experience, there will be visit to Bishnoi Village
by jeep in the morning.
After having lunch there, visit the
famous tourist attractions of Jodhpur that include the Mehrangarh
Fort, famous Jaswant Thada Memorial and the Mahamandir Temple.
Enjoy a cruise in Kaliana Lake before heading back to the
hotel for overnight stay
Day 08: Jodhpur- Udaipur
Day Eight of the Heritage Rajasthan Tour
itinerary brings you to Udaipur. Known as the 'City of Lakes'
Udaipur is famous for its fairy-tale palaces, lakes, temples,
and gardens. After Check-in to a hotel, relax for a while
and get refreshed.
In the evening, go for a boat ride in Lake
Pichola and admire the splendid views of the sunset. Overnight
stay at the hotel.
Day 09: Udaipur
Embark on a full-blown tour of Udaipur with visits to Lake
Palace, City Palace and Jag Niwas Island. After lunch, enjoy
a motor launch cruise on the placid waters of Lake Pichola.
 Later, head out for the Jag Mandir Palace that is an island
palace situated in the middle of the lake. Explore the palace
at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 10: Udaipur - Mumbai
On the penultimate day of the Guide to Heritage tour Rajasthan,
check out from the hotel after breakfast and drive to the
airport from where you board a flight for Mumbai.
Check in
and have lunch at hotel. In the evening, visit the Marina
Beach. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 11: Mumbai
As the Heritage Tours to Rajasthan finally comes to an end,
you are driven to the airport in Mumbai so that you can board
the flight back home.
