Day 01: Delhi
As you arrive in the heart of India- the capital city of Delhi,
for the Guide tour to Ladakh, an India
Tour Guides representative will be there to greet you and
your family at the airport / railway station from where you
will be escorted to the hotel in Delhi.
Spend the rest of
the day at leisure.
In the evening, go for shopping at the
famous Connaught Place.
Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi - Travel to Ladakh
After breakfast, commence on daylong sightseeing city tour
of Delhi.
Witness Delhi's rich architectural heritage in the
forms of Qutub Minar, Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Raj Ghat, India
Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Humayun Tomb, Purana Quila among
others.
The evening will be free for shopping at the famous
markets of Delhi such as the South Extension and Hauz Khas
Market. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 03: Delhi - Leh - Guide tour to Ladakh
On the third morning of the Ladakh adventure tours,
check out from the hotel and board a flight for Leh, the capital
city of Ladakh.
Upon arrival in Leh, you will be escorted
to the hotel.
Spend the rest of the day at leisure and get
acclimatized to the local temperature. Overnight stay at the
hotel.
Day 04: Leh
After a heart breakfast, embark on a guided sightseeing tour
in Leh. Visit the Sanker Gompa, the Leh Bazaar and the King's
Palace.
You can spend the rest of the day, as you like.Overnight
stay at the hotel.
Day 05: Leh
Day Five of the Adventure Tours to Ladakh will take you to
the Shey Palace that was the summer palace of the Ladakh rulers.
Explore the ruins of the palace at leisure.
See the Gompa
or the Buddhist Monastery located inside the fort still has
a 12-meter image of Lord Buddha.
Post lunch, visit the Thiksey
Gompa that located at a distance of 17 kilometers from Leh.
Also visit the Hemis Gompa that is famous for its annual Hemis
festival.
Day 06: Leh - Zinchen
On the sixth day of the Ladakh Adventure tours,
check out form the hotel and drive to Spituk after an early
morning breakfast.
From Spituk, begin trekking to Zinchen.
Enroute visit the monastery and descend towards the village.
A 5- hour trek will bring you to Zinchen in Ladakh. Enjoy
the scenic landscape and the mountain streams during your
thrilling trek. On reaching Zinchen, set up camp where you
stay overnight.
 Day 07: Zinchen - Rumbak
Have an early breakfast, break camp and trek for Rumbak equipped
with packed lunch. On arrival at the Rumbak village in Ladakh,
set up tent and have dinner and spend the night at the tent.
Day 08: Rumbak - Stokla - Travel to Ladakh
Day Eight will see you trekking to Stokla in Ladakh. Trek
through a beautiful valley leading to a steep footpath.
After
reaching Stokla, negotiate a steep descent to the summer pastures
where you set up camp, have your dinner and spend the night.
Day 09: Stokla - Stok
Begin a 2-hour trek towards Stok after your breakfast. After
reaching Stok, visit the Stok Palace. Explore the palace at
leisure.
Afterwards, enjoy a jeep ride back to Leh. Upon arrival,
check into a hotel and stay overnight at the hotel in Leh
in Ladakh, North India.
Day 10: Leh - Delhi
On the penultimate day of the Adventure Tours to Ladakh,
Check out from the hotel and board a flight back for Delhi.
On arrival, check into a hotel after which you are free to
spend the entire day as you please.
Day 11: Delhi
Early in the morning, check out from the hotel fro where you
will be driven to the airport in Delhi, so that you may board
you flight to your onward destination.
